TO a woman, size does matter. But it's not the size you're thinking of. What women really care about is the length of the list of former lovers, which is usually either too many or too, too many. No matter how sexually liberated (or liberally sexual), most women believe that the number of guys they've had sex with (the average being somewhere between 7.2 and 10.5, depending on the survey) really does count.
Wow, what an insightful glimpse into the psyche of the modern woman. How come we've never heard about this phenomena before?
''Women still have a script for their future that involves marriage, that involves children,'' said Dr. Susan Freeman, an assistant professor of women's studies at Minnesota State University, Mankato. ''It governs a lot of choices they make, how sexually active they can be, what risks they are willing to take in terms of alienating a possible marriage partner.'' There seems to be a mysterious line between being experienced and being a slut, and no one can put a number on it. According to a government report released last year (''Sexual Behavior and Selected Health Measures''), men age 30 to 44 have had a median of six to eight sexual partners in their lifetimes. The women's median was about four.

Of course! The man's mission is to spread his seed as much as possible. The woman's mission is to settle down and have a family. Thank you evolution.
Eh -- do you really believe that shit? I'm just stunned that in the age of Paris Hilton, where the more you show the more famous you get, women are still lying about how many people they've had sex with. More so than "seed" and "settling down" is the anatomy. Men pay no price for where they put it and women forever keep a trace. Something like that.
