Puberty is Age of Sexual Consent?

According to Tony Alamo, a recently arrested evangelical preacher living in Arkansas, PUBERTY is the age of sexual consent.

What is it with these Biblical compounds and their obsession with marrying off children? Is that really the most salient message they can dig up in the Bible? It's also interesting that the definition of consent here has only to do with the age in which an adult can force a child into marraige/sex. Nothing to do with actual choice or consent.
