IF ONE MORE PERSON I CARE ABOUT IN THE FILM INDUSTRY ASKS ME IF I'M GOING TO THE JERUSALEM FILM FESTIVAL I WILL FUCKING SCREAM.

OK, I'M GOING TO SCREAM HERE:
NO I'M NOT FUCKING GOING TO THAT STINKING SHIT HOLE.

Its so casual, such a part of my work here at the foundation, my connection to Israel, my friends abroad thinking of me as they head to Jerusalem, film curators in New York, artists, filmmakers in Europe.

I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE THIS SUMMER... OR ANY SUMMER AGAIN.
